MAY 2021. At Paramérica we are ready and in excellent conditions to start processing beans for the 2021 harvest. The entire production will be destined for export and will include four varieties: black, mung, red DRK and navy beans.
For this new season we have completed the construction of two new sheds, which will allow us to increase our storage capacity for pulses by approximately 6,900 m2. We will also have a new production software exclusively designed to systematize the information of the entire production process. We will also have a new production software exclusively designed to systematize the information of the entire production process.
This is in addition to the usual maintenance tasks that include aspects such as the improvement of hygiene and safety conditions, general order, refurbishment of lights and particularly, for this year, the enlargement of the Laboratory and the Purchasing Office of our company. These are routines that, year after year, we carry out in Paramérica with the purpose of improving our productive and commercial performance. Thus, the four processing lines are fully operational, giving us the possibility to process 400 tons per day.
All production activity (plant, shifts, quality and laboratory analysis, loading and consolidation, foreign trade) is organized according to Paramérica’s export contracts. We plan to work from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., from Monday to Saturday, up to and including September.
