AUGUST 2021. Paramérica is getting ready to have a great 2021 pulses season. Until August of this year, we have received 14,000 tons at the plant. The largest percentage of our own production, complemented with purchases from third parties. The varieties we are processing are Black, Colorado Light, Colorado Dark, haricot beans, Navy and Mungo beans. We are processing at a rate of 1,200 tons per week, working in two shifts.
As usual in Paramérica, most of the production is destined for export. This season we are dispatching operations to Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, the United States, Canada, Brazil and Vietnam, among others.
